We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Business Service Officer.**

**In this role you will:**

+ With updated and sound knowledge of Business Banking products/services, to perform Know Your Customer to understand customer needs
+ To proactively identify sales opportunities, cross-selling bank products and services most suitable to customers, refer to Assistant Managers to complete the sales when appropriate and close sales independently when required
+ To provide excellent service to customers through introduction of appropriate services by acting as the first contact point for customers visiting / approaching Business Centre
