Business Solution Specialist

Maintain overall business control for Flight operations and Network operation systems including Crewing Planning and Operations Systems in terms of user access management, security audits compliance, change requests, release management and administration requirements for all users.

• Maintain the user access management process and review user access on a regular basis to ensure internal process meet regulatory requirements
• Monitor system performance and provide support to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency
• Implement new system features and maintain control over changes applied across all supported systems to ensure that the systems interface with each other seamlessly
• Resolve any problems that arise during normal function of the system and provide status updates to end users and stakeholders
