What You'll Be Doing…
As a Business Solutions Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, mapping, and sharing business processes for Percepta's operational programs. During mapping sessions, you will analyze processes as they are defined to identify process gaps or inconsistencies, ensuring the final product accurately represents the intended customer experience and enables appropriate agent training curriculum development.
