Prepare project requirements, specifications, and recommendations;

· Analyze and document business processes and other required information and data;

· Improve processes and procedures by seeking opportunities to transform current industry practices into alternative solutions;

· Prepare written business correspondences, circulars, policies, procedures, and operations manual for IT and non-IT initiatives that is coherent, effective, professional, and engaging;

· Develop and define test conditions and test plans;

· Conduct quality assurance testing according to plan;
