Role Overview
The Business Solutions Associate supports the development of client proposals, partnership opportunities, and sponsorship engagements for exhibitions, conferences, and brand events. This role is client-facing and commercially focused, involving proposal preparation, client meetings, relationship management, and business development support.
The ideal candidate is articulate, organized, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders while translating ideas into clear, well-structured proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal & Pitch Development
Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, sponsorship packages, and commercial presentations
Translate client briefs and meetings into structured proposals and scopes
Client Engagement & Relationship Support
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
