 In this role you will: Act as a trusted solution partner to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance on IP capabilities, constraints, and solution options

Lead solution discovery and definition for complex initiatives impacting core IP systems, integrations, and vendor platforms (e.g., RPM) 

Own the end‑to‑end solution design, ensuring alignment across business requirements, architecture standards, regulatory obligations, and operational readiness

Partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to validate technical feasibility, sequencing, and implementation approach 

Identify and document impacts, risks, trade‑offs, and dependencies across journeys, products, and downstream systems

Ensure solution approaches are clearly articulated to senior technology and business leadership to support informed decision‑making
