Job Overview

Job Responsibility:

• Support in-house advisers by addressing inquiries related to investment and insurance platforms.
• Process insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and payments.
• Provide various premium collection reports for commission payout purposes.
• Provide technical support and maintain a customer database.
• Serve as a liaison between various departments, including Customer Service and Operations, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency while guiding advisers to complete follow up items.
• Assist the Business Development team in implementing sales initiatives and support other ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Business, Finance, or equivalent background will have higher chances for the post.
