What the day will look like

+ Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.

+ Attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.

+ Liaise with Building Management and vendors on office facilities related matters.

+ Perform under supervision the purchase and issuance of PO of office supplies (stationery, pantry items, plants etc).
