Business Support Executive - Trilingual

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Trilingual Business Support Executive to support our Indonesia market. This role plays a critical part in facilitating communication, documentation, and operational coordination across internal teams, customers, and regional stakeholders in Indonesia, Malaysia, and China.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cross-cultural, regional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Translation & Interpretation

• Translate business documents, presentations, emails, and reports between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia
• Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and discussions with internal teams, partners, and customers
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all communications
