Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and within service turnaround time (TAT).
  • Verify policy documents and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
  • Prepare and issue policy schedules, cover notes, endorsements, and related documentation.
  • Maintain proper records and ensure accurate data entry into the system.

Business & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to the sales/agency team regarding policy status, documentation, and product information.
  • Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance, and other departments to resolve policy-related matters.
  • Monitor pending cases and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, renewal listings, and performance tracking data.
