Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and within service turnaround time (TAT).
- Verify policy documents and supporting documents to ensure completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Prepare and issue policy schedules, cover notes, endorsements, and related documentation.
- Maintain proper records and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
Business & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to the sales/agency team regarding policy status, documentation, and product information.
- Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance, and other departments to resolve policy-related matters.
- Monitor pending cases and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports, renewal listings, and performance tracking data.
