• Handle ServiceNow tickets (CRM, accounts, etc.)

• Support future-year requests & data tracking
• Learn AWR, ECIF & Azure Credit Offer processes
• Review & submit funding requests (via OneAsk tool)
• Offer white-glove support to sales teams
• Help streamline operations & assist with projects
