Business Support Specialist

As a Business Support Specialist, you will act as a key advisor and strategic partner to the Country Manager, supporting the execution of organizational priorities through effective planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the strategic right hand to the Country Manager, orchestrating executive-level planning, strategic initiatives, goals, operations, and administrative execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives and steer governance in close collaboration with the leadership team to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and strategic objectives.
• Analyze business metrics and prepare executive reports for senior leadership.
