Business Systems Administrator | HNM Systems (Remote)

HNM Systems is hiring a
Business Systems Administrator
to own and configure the SaaS platforms that power our sales, recruiting, marketing, and digital operations.

This is
not
an IT or engineering role. You won't be coding or doing helpdesk work. Instead, you'll be the internal owner of our systems—configuring them, connecting them, and rolling out new capabilities as the business scales.

What you'll do

• Own and administer
  HubSpot
  across sales and marketing
• Build workflows, automations, email sequences, and reports
• Maintain data quality and support process changes
• Administer our ATS (currently Bullhorn; platform may change)
• Support new system rollouts and integrations (HubSpot ATS)
• Maintain our WordPress website (currently using Divi)
• Handle light SEO and social content publishing
