**_OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE_**

+ Work with GDO, R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to collect develop and deploy effective support materials for systems in DSDS ownership
+ Work with the Business System Owner (BSO) for the system portfolio to identify and understand the system capabilities to create easy to understand user facing materials
+ Support clinical systems BSO and change management functions by contributing to process development, training, and change management.
