This opportunity entails setting up, modifying and customizing systems to meet project needs, business procedures, workflows, change approvals, and client and HNTB needs. Building workflow and reporting into system when possible. Communicating to project teams and clients. Training others on the system including the development of training documents. Using a variety of software and fully understands and leverages the functionality of each. Generally, working on lower complexity projects and/or assisting on higher complexity projects. Providing basic level of business analysis support.
