Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager the Business Systems Analyst’s role involves:
What a typical day looks like:
Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation.
Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables.
Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status.
