Business System Analyst

are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own the end-to-end delivery and operational effectiveness of our platform, from requirements through production. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, acting as both a Scrum Master and systems owner, ensuring that what we build is aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and scalable in production. In a startup environment, this role goes beyond ceremony — you will actively drive execution, remove blockers, translate business needs into technical clarity, and own delivery accountability.
