Provide local support to SAP end users across all functional areas in Korea office. This role will involve troubleshooting and responding to end users experiencing problems in SAP.
? Work with end users on gathering initial requirement on system enhancements and reporting. Act as liaison between Korea and corporate IT team.
? Work closely with corporate IT on deploying new solutions, enhancing existing solutions or reporting issues and resolution
? Consult with end users and external providers to gather information about program intent, functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, output requirements, internal and external checks and controls, hardware and operating system environment, business process and interfaces with other systems. Use this information to support the organization.
