Business Systems Analyst

What You’ll Do

· Be the team’s clarity engine. Collaborate and help teams translate financial and business complexity into crisp, well-scoped user stories, test scenarios, and solution diagrams.

· Partner. Collaborate deeply with engineers, QA, product managers, and client SMEs—bringing a shared commitment to build the right thing the right way.

· Deliver executable requirements. Use real-world examples, data samples, and BDD-style acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are ready to go—not open to interpretation.

· Model systems with context. Create data flows, entity models, and transformation logic that reflect the unique nuances of wealth management workflows—from custodial feeds to performance reporting.

· Support delivery excellence. Participate in sprint ceremonies with an agile mindset: iterating quickly, validating frequently, and improving continuously.
