Business Systems Analyst IV

CTG is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to support moderately complex to complex enterprise initiatives for our client. This role will focus on business analysis, functional specifications, SIT/UAT coordination, testing support, and cross-functional project delivery within a banking environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
+ Prepare functional specifications, test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
+ Coordinate and support SIT and UAT testing activities.
