:The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will play a critical role in identifying, defining, and delivering high‑value Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio use cases across the organization. This role bridges business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure Copilot solutions are aligned with business objectives, compliant with governance and risk requirements, and optimized for user adoption and measurable outcomes.
The BSA will lead use‑case discovery, requirements definition, and backlog refinement for Copilot‑enabled solutions, while supporting responsible AI usage, security, and change management in an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.
