Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to support IT business systems initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Management
• 3+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis / Business Analysis
• Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Life Insurance
• At least 3 years of experience working with IT systems and SDLC
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Strong logical, analytical, and conceptual skills
• Experience in systems design and knowledge of at least one programming language
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder interview skills
• 3+ years of experience in MS SQL and MySQL
