Business Systems Analyst

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Business Analyst supports Shared Services automation and business-enabled AI initiatives by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and partnering with Digital Workforce teams to deliver innovative solutions. This role focuses on process mapping, data analysis, and collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, and other business units to ensure the successful implementation of automation technologies and continuous improvement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture current and future state processes and identify automation opportunities.
Act as a liaison between Digital Workforce and business teams to ensure accurate functional design and solution delivery.
Support implementation of Agentic AI and Business Process Automation by providing clear documentation and validating automated workflows.
