 We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg, Toronto or Calgary. As an associate Business Systems Analyst, you will manage the functional & non-functional requirements solicitation & requirements management process. You are expected to use facilitation, interviewing, concise communication techniques to extract business needs and work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Systems Analysts and other technologists in the realization management of those requirements through to solution implementation. 
 
   The Business Systems Analyst will:  
 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. Conduct interviews and workshops to understand business needs.
 Analyze and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
