We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Scotiabank’s Global Wealth Engineering division.

**Is this role right for you? In this role you will:**

+ Provide day‑to‑day production support for Charles River and related technologies, ensuring stability and timely resolution of system issues.
+ Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) on production incidents and recommend remediation or preventive measures.
+ Work closely with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, operations and support teams to enhance system functionalities within Charles River.
+ Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.
