The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for day-to-day ownership, optimization, and support of the company’s CRM platform.  This role serves as the primary liaison between business teams and the CRM vendor, ensuring the system is effectively used to support sales and marketing objectives.  The position combines CRM administration, data analysis, user training, and light business systems analysis to drive adoption, data integrity, and actionable reporting.  This is a Hybrid position with onsite requirements of at least 1 week a month at the St. Louis, MO facility.
