• You will gather requirements from Sales, Marketing, and Digital Planning teams to configure and maintain CRM modules covering leads, opportunities, accounts, and campaign management — keeping everything running smoothly and purposefully.
• You will support website-related applications including content management systems, lead capture forms, and their integration with CRM platforms, ensuring a seamless digital journey from first click to closed deal.
