This Business Systems I role is for a Critical Incident Response Coordinator with 0 - 2 years’

experience in the position. The role has responsibility to drive Major Incidents to resolution in a timely manner by coordinating all required stakeholders on a technical bridge. Communicate the business impact and current troubleshooting actions to the required audience via email, SMS, or Service Now alerts in the pre-determined cadence (every 1 or 2 hours). Under supervision of the Business System II coordinator summarize and distribute the Major Incident Resolution details. Craft and distribute the RFO (Reason For Outage) post-mortem document, which summarizes the outage, provides a detailed timeline, identifies any gaps (process or technological), and outlines the business impact. Send daily reports to the required stakeholders of all open, pending and recently resolved P1 and P2 tickets via the maintained CIRT Incident Tracker document.
