Role Overview

The Business Transformation Manager partners with the Transformation and Oversight Lead to help deliver the company's strategic objectives. As part of the Business Transformation Team, this role leads and supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by working closely with cross-functional teams.

This position requires a strong blend of project and program management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, and value realization, with a focus on turning strategy into measurable outcomes.
