Business Travel Associate

About the Role:

The Business Travel Associate will be supporting Focus Global Inc.'s managers and employees in all business travel/ itineraries by identifying the most cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements and making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth travel experiences for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researches and compares available travel itineraries to identify the best available option for every travel needs.
• Prepares travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff.
• Processing specialized travel documents such as visas, passports, and other COVID travel requirements.
• Processing of reimbursements for travel expenses.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
