Full P&L ownership for the business in Germany & Austria, including growth, profitability, and portfolio steering
Define and execute the commercial strategy across key customer channels and stakeholder groups
Drive Sales Effectiveness, including performance management, structure, incentives, and execution excellence
Lead a multi-layered organization with direct reports and second-line leadership responsibility
Navigate a global matrix environment, ensuring alignment with governance, regional and global stakeholders
Lead and deliver transformation initiatives across the commercial organization (field force, KAM, processes)
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity
