The Respiratory & Immunology Business Unit Director, effectively leads the TA team to ensure the highest level of professional sales and marketing strategy, achieve a market leading position by delivering above-budget sales, growth, contribution and market share within the R&I TA through directing, leading and motivating her/his team and supporting their effective cross-functional teamwork.

The role is an active, contributing member of the Marketing Company Senior Management Team (SMT). Together with other SMT members, s/he is responsible for the creation and flawless execution of the long, medium-and short-term strategy of the TA and for co-creating a culture of commitment, innovation and entrepreneurship based on company values.
