Business Unit General Manager of Worker Operations

másLabor is seeking a **Business Unit General Manager of Worker Operations.**This position is responsible for leading a key business unit inside of the másLabor organization. The primary role will be leading all aspects of recruiting, logistics, worker coordination and temporary onboarding of foreign workers for our clients. The team this person will lead serves as the bridge between client services and foreign worker facilitators in the sourcing country for the labor. The primary duties involve managing the P&L for the business unit, ensuring the smooth coordination of visa workers’ transition from home country to client work site in the US, government compliance and maintaining effective communication between facilitators, employers and workers.
