A well-reputed, Karachi-based national pharmaceutical company is seeking a Business Unit Head to lead its General and Antibiotic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the General & Antibiotic business unit
• Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability
• Lead and mentor sales & marketing teams
• Manage product lifecycle, forecasting, and budgeting
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Education: Pharm-D and/or MBA (Marketing/Management preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in a similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving business targets
