Job Summary

The Business Unit Head is responsible for the overall performance of the assigned Primeline Beauty and lifestyle retail business, with full accountability for strategy, sales growth, operations, and profitability. This role ensures brand excellence, operational efficiency, and strong leadership across all retail functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets
• Oversee full P&L, budgeting, and cost control
• Manage end-to-end retail operations and ensure execution of brand standards
