Program Manager 4

 Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.

- English 90%

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Minimum 8 years experience in customer service/program management.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.

- Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.

- Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.

- Manages:
OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.

- Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)

- Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
