Engages with executive level suppliers to direct the business relationship between the assigned suppliers and the company to achieve the financial performance and return of assigned product lines.
Principal Responsibilities
- Achieve Country AMD(Xilinx) KPI target in every year, increase market share and outperform competition in all aspects;
- Good AMD(Xilinx) demand creation sense and effort in leading direct report DFAE team, drive DR, DW socket count and LTR$ positive trend;
- Be market segments champion, set goals, conduct SAM and competition analysis, develop market penetration strategy, identify resource and implement programs. Understand AMD(Xilinx) and competitive offerings. PLD market dynamic;
