Business Unit Manager, AMD

Job Summary
Engages with executive level suppliers to direct the business relationship between the assigned suppliers and the company to achieve the financial performance and return of assigned product lines.
Principal Responsibilities

• Achieve Country AMD(Xilinx) KPI target in every year, increase market share and outperform competition in all aspects;
• Good AMD(Xilinx) demand creation sense and effort in leading direct report DFAE team, drive DR, DW socket count and LTR$ positive trend;
• Be market segments champion, set goals, conduct SAM and competition analysis, develop market penetration strategy, identify resource and implement programs. Understand AMD(Xilinx) and competitive offerings. PLD market dynamic;
• Quick Learning on working knowledge of AMD(Xilinx) design flow, FPGA and SoC features, AMD(Xilinx) domain platforms (I/O, embedded, DSP, AI), AMD(Xilinx) IPs, target vertical markets system level block diagram and 3rd party IP. That able ...
