Business Unit Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a senior professional with a curiosity for identifying and developing opportunities with existing and new clients, who will look ahead to achieving growth in line with the Building Infrastructure's market growth strategy.
The Business Unit Manager – Buildings & Infrastructure (BNI) will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and profitability of the BNI business line. This includes developing and executing strategies, managing P&L, driving business development, and ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale construction, infrastructure, and project management engagements.
The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on operational leadership, ensuring high-quality service delivery while capturing new growth opportunities in the Philippine market and beyond.
