Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Business/Product Analyst to sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will be responsible for translating ambitious product visions for SME merchants into technical blueprints and maintaining product health through data.

Key Responsibilities Technical bridge & system design System mapping & design: Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' architecture alongside designers and engineers, ensure that new features don't break existing compliance or operational workflows.
