We are hiring experienced and qualified Butchers (ANZSCO 351211) for an excellent opportunity in Queensland, Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in meat cutting, trimming, processing, and maintaining food safety standards in a retail or processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cut meat as per customer and business requirements
Bone, trim, slice, mince, and tenderise meat products
Ensure proper weighing, packaging, and labelling of products
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
Work with the team to meet production targets
Provide excellent customer service when required
