Job Description
Cut, trim, bone, and prepare meat (beef, pork, poultry, etc.) according to customer requests and company standards
Weigh, package, label, and price meat products
Dispose of waste according to food safety standards
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering stock
Job Qualifications
Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation techniques
At least High School Graduate
Willing to be assigned in Robinsons Supermarket La Union, Ilocos Norte, Malolos, and Angeles.
