What you'll be doing

1. Expertly cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats according to company standards and customer specifications
2. Monitoring and maintaining the quality and freshness of all meat products
3. Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation
4. Assisting with the packaging and labeling of meat products for distribution
5. Collaborating with the wider team to optimize operations and identify areas for improvement
6. Providing excellent customer service and responding to any inquiries or requests

What we're looking for
