Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of raw meat products 
• Cut, trim, debone, and grind meats with the use of knife, mincer, slicer, bandsaw 
• Slice ham, wrap, weigh and label price tags on item ordered by shoppers
• Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye
• Replenishment of products, as well as monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products
• Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Handle order fulfilment processes
• Record quantity of meat received and issued and keep records of meat sales
• Provide good customer service to ensure they have a positive customer experience at all times; and gain product knowledge so as to promote sales and communicate with customers
• Ensure the serve over counter is in a good and presentable condition
