As a Butcher, you serve as an ambassador for the butchery department. You provide professional, personalized customer service while ensuring the quality, freshness, and presentation of all products. You strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards, and contribute to the operational excellence of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and advise customers on cuts, products, cooking methods, and storage.
  • Deliver personalized service and share culinary knowledge.
  • Perform meat, poultry, and related product cuts.
  • Prepare products for sale: cutting, tying, packaging, weighing, and labeling.
