Butcher Manager

DC Meat is seeking a Manager for their Butchery in Springbok.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Butchery Management experience:

• Have knowledge of different cuts of meat, including chicken, pork, beef, sheep/lamb,
• Be able to maintain high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising, and customer service,
• Have basic computer skills excel,
• Have experience with Point-Of-Sale software and be able to manage stock levels and orders,
• Have experience with Cash-In-Transit companies,
• Have experience with stock counting and variance investigations/controls,
• Be self-motivated and be able to work under pressure,
• Be willing/prepared to relocate to Springbok if not currently located close enough to Springbok,
• Must have a valid drivers license.
