What you'll be doing

1. Expertly cutting, trimming, and preparing of meats to customer specifications
2. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring adequate stock is maintained
3. Providing exceptional customer service and advice on meat selection and preparation
4. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations
6. Collaborating with the team to optimise operations and drive continuous improvement
