• With experience in meat cutting and preparation (preferred)
• Knowledgeable in proper meat handling and food safety
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Can use meat cutting tools and equipment safely
• Willing to work in a wet and cold environment
• Honest, hardworking, and reliable
