We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to prepare, portion, and maintain high-quality meat products for our Korean Samgyupsal restaurant. The ideal candidate must have experience in meat cutting, proper storage, and food safety standards, ensuring that pork belly and other meats are prepared according to Korean BBQ standards.
