Job Description
At Qra, we take pride in our offering fresh poultry, meat and seafood as well as a range of Qra gourmet sausages, patties and marinated meats. Our butchery team enable us to do so by masterfully sectioning wholesale meats into the right cuts, displaying it in effectively and engaging customers with good recommendations.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has interest in the area of butchery as we will be able to train you. Having basic training or understanding of butchery quality, cuts and preparation) would be a plus. To be successful here, you will also need to be courteous and be comfortable to communicate with team members and customers.
The day-to-day responsibilities revolve around providing high quality meat and service for our customers. This includes:
